Our Fleet Administrator is the key contact and first line of support for assisting operations in setting up, maintaining, accessing accounts and data available in the telematics applications.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the system administrator for Centuri’s Telematics/GPS program
  • Create new users; audit users for deactivations
  • Manage current assets and assets that are retired
  • Maintain the integrity of all data within telematics systems
  • Manage support cases with telematics providers
  • Conduct monthly reviews of invoicing
  • Collect, process, and distribute relevant data pertaining to the fleet department and telematics 
  • Perform analysis and create reports for department and company stakeholders
  • Assist the Fleet Field Operations teams as requested
  • Other duties as requested by leadership 
Education, Skills, Experience Needed
  • Associates degree in relevant field preferred but not required 
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in fleet operations, telemetry systems, data analysis, or equivalent combination of experience
  • Knowledge of fleet operations a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Interpersonal skill to negotiate business strategies and agreements with suppliers 
  • Ability to create and present program training materials
  • Ability to organize and manage projects relevant to implementation
  • Ability to accomplish departmental, divisional, and organizational goals when information is vague and details are absent or difficult to obtain
  • Ability to solve unique problems and develop methods, systems and policies 
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality 
  • Ability to travel as needed 
Working Environment
  • Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
  • Occasional travel may be required 
  • Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
  • Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
Requirements
  • Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
  • Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
  • Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
