Reporting to the Proposal Manager, you will join a growing Business Development team to support the administration of Requests for Proposals (RIF) and Requests for Information (RIF). 

This position is full-time, on-site in our Houston, TX office.

What You'll Do

• Provide support in the preparation and submission of all existing and potential tenders
  • Review of RFP/RFI solicitation documents.
    Schedule kickoff and review meetings, and draft presentation slides
  • Review tender submission schedule including each contributor's deadline
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure input from relevant functional areas is received in a timely manner
  • Proposal draft and development
    Review proposal material to ensure proposal integrity
  • Physical compilation and assembly of the final tender package
• Preserve and maintain bid library of current and bespoke company information and literature; Manage repository where standard information is stored
• Development and editing of resumes, project descriptions, relevant experience and other boilerplate documents to support the deliverables
• Review pre-bid and post-bid commercial and technical clarifications
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership

What You'll Have

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or similar field
• 1+ years experience responding to RIF's and RFP's
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Technical experience to create documents using Microsoft Office

Work Environment

• Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
• Flexibility to work different schedules and stay late with little or no notice
• Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
• Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds

Legal Stuff

• Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
• Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
• Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
