Title:  Cyber Security Manager

As a Manager of Cybersecurity, you will design and implement security solutions, intrusion prevention and detection, continuous diagnosis and mitigation (CDM), security training, malware defense, incident notification, and vulnerability testing and analysis. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that systems meet availability and security requirements. You will report to the Director of Infrastructure. 

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement information security controls based on ISO 27000 standard
• Help discover, mitigate and track security vulnerabilities
• Identify improvements needed to minimize risk via enhancements to the existing environment
• Coordinate with third party vendors for security related services including penetration testing, security awareness training, SIEM and incident response
• Manage performance of Managed Security Services Provider
• Oversee the information security training and awareness program
• Proactively conduct security threat and impact assessments as input to the overall information security strategy
• Report status of cybersecurity activities to leadership on a regular basis
• Develop and maintain the cybersecurity roadmap
• Write policies, procedures, test/assessment results and other types of documentation
• Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership

What You'll Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on security administration experience in an enterprise environment
• In-depth knowledge of information security frameworks such as ISO 27000, NIST or MITRE ATT&CK
• Experience designing and implementing security controls
• Experience leading a small team
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Tenable.io
• Experience performing security threat and impact assessments

Work Environment

• Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
• Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
• Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
• Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds

Legal Stuff

• Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
• Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
• Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
