As the Dayforce HRIS Manager, you’ll be the organization’s go‑to expert for optimizing and maintaining our Dayforce platform. You’ll ensure data accuracy, streamline processes, and partner across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT to deliver a smooth and efficient employee experience.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the organization’s Dayforce subject matter expert, owning configuration, data governance, integrations, reporting, security, and end user support
- Configure and optimize Dayforce modules, including HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, WFM/Scheduling, Benefits, Recruiting/Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, and Learning
- Lead release management, including impact analysis, regression testing, documentation, and deployment
- Maintain data accuracy, governance standards, audit routines, and role based security
- Partner with Payroll and Benefits to troubleshoot pay calculations, tax setups, accruals, deductions, timekeeping issues, and benefit configurations
- Support open enrollment, life events, eligibility rules, rates, and carrier feeds
- Coordinate integrations (ATS, LMS, ERP/GL, benefits carriers, SSO/IDP, background check vendors) using APIs, SFTP, and flat file feeds
- Provide Tier 2/3 HRIS support and manage ticket resolution and documentation
- Develop and deliver training, process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles
- Drive continuous improvement, streamline HR processes, and contribute to cross functional projects
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including FLSA, FMLA, ACA, IRS rules, state/local tax laws, and data privacy standards
- Support internal and external audits and maintain control documentation
What You'll Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of HRIS administration experience, including at least 3+ years of hands-on configuration within multiple Dayforce modules
- Advanced expertise in Dayforce Report Writer and Data & Insights, with a mastery of Excel and complex file transformations
- Deep understanding of HR, payroll, and benefits compliance, including the ability to manage data governance and troubleshoot complex cross-module issues
- Proven ability to manage technical projects independently, deliver user training, and lead system optimizations in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment
- Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
- Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late, when necessary, with little or no notice
- Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
- Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
