Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will analyze and report on internal and external data throughout Centuri while supporting the budget process. You will have accounting knowledge with financial analyst experience and will be asked to take identify solutions and process improvements regarding analysis and research.

What You'll Do

  • Consolidate weekly cash forecasts of international subsidiaries
  • Compile, distribute, and consolidate company operating and G&A budgets for more than 50 areas and departments, and forecasting interest expense
  • Perform finance tasks including; covenant compliance, quarterly debt schedules, peer company analysis, and regular and ad-hoc reporting
  • Manage complex pivot tables, charts, and advanced functions using Excel
  • Support senior management with the preparation of Board presentation materials
  • Respond to and assist with internal and external audit requests and inquires
  • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned by leadership

What You'll Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • 3+ years' prior experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience composing reports and business plans
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting professional journals, financial reports, business plans, strategies and legal documents
  • Experience in scheduling long term (1+ year) activities

Work Environment

  • Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
  • Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
  • Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
  • Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
