Our HRIS Reporting Analyst will be responsible for all employee data reporting for the company. You will deliver comprehensive, timely, accurate and detailed reporting. Your duties will include looking for ways to streamline recurrent requests and to maximize efficiencies. You may also support HRMS SuccessFactors upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. 

 

Experience as an analyst utilizing SuccessFactors is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop ad hoc reports and metrics in timely manner utilizing SuccessFactors HR reporting tools
  • Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools 
  • Analyze incoming requests, prioritize and identify opportunities to streamline
  • Build and analyze audit reports to assure HR data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Create charts and graphs to summarize and synthesize data
  • Maintain library of scheduled reports, updating items as needed
  • Work directly with various functional groups to understand and deliver upon their HR reporting needs
  • Support SuccessFactors upgrades, patches, testing as needed
  • Perform other duties as requested by leadership

Education, Skills, Experience Needed

  • High School diploma or equivalent required with a Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR business analysis related experience
  • Solid understanding of HR functions & processes
  • 1-3 years of SuccessFactors HR module (including reporting) experience
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors modules including Core HR, Talent Solutions, Analytics Solutions and Contingent Workforce
  • Good knowledge of SAP HR modules
  • Power BI experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to reporting
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex data
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and meet closely-spaced, ambitious timelines
  • Excellent communication, team player, and lead level skills 

Working Environment

  • Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
  • Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
  • Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
  • Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds

Requirements
