Working along side your HR peers our HR Operations Representative is responsible for the creation and ongoing maintenance of employee master data in our SuccessFactors and SAP modules in a way that ensures data integrity, operational excellence and accurate & on-time processes for payroll, system interfaces and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor accurate employee master data in both the Success Factor and SAP HR Modules 
  • Review and process paperwork and perform data entry for new hires, terms, pay changes etc
  • Process State and Federal tax change forms
  • Perform Union fringe benefit setup
  • Provide customer service to for multiple areas/ multiple companies throughout the US as well as the corporate office teams
  • Serves as an HR department resource and provide support for special projects
  • Performs other related duties as requested by leadership

Education, Skills, Experience Needed

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree preferred
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a HR data maintenance role
  • 1-3 years payroll experience
  • Proven high attention to detail and data entry integrity
  • SAP HR experience preferred
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central experience preferred
  • Customer focused approach to build a “One Team” environment
  • Ability to work in a high volume and fast paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple items simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must be able to work overtime when needed

Working Environment

  • Work is typically performed in an office setting
  • Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
  • Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
  • Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds

Requirements

  • Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
  • Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
  • Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
