Our IT Field Automation Analyst acts as the liaison and works directly with the field personnel to achieve implementation of Information Service solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Acts as the liaison between field personnel and the IS department
  • Attend solution software training and group meetings as needed
  • Complete administrative IS projects as required and identify testing resources
  • Prioritize, design, develop, pilot-test, debug, and roll out field automation
  • Document area-specific business processes and work to refine processes for automation
  • Provide input as a team member for developing electronic versions of existing forms on mobile devices
  • Field-test with pilot teams at each field location
  • Track and work issues and act on area feedback on a timely basis
  • Perform other duties as requested by leadership
Education, Skills, Experience Needed
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Services or related field preferred
  • 3 – 5 years of Information Services, software, automation systems, or consumer technologies experience
  • Understanding of information services or automated solutions matters
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external customers
  • Ability to plan and schedule long-term goals and deadlines
  • Ability to solve unique problems and develop methods, systems, policies or services that have a significant impact on company objectives
  • Ability to tolerate work in various environments, weather conditions and shifts
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
Working Environment
  • Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
  • Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
  • Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
  • Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
Requirements
  • Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
  • Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
  • Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
