As our Military & Campus Program Manager, you own the entire talent journey. You will drive the execution for our outreach programs, acting as the primary recruiter and advocate for military and campus candidates. You’ll manage everything from sourcing and initial engagement to internship completion, all while scaling these pipelines to meet our long-term growth goals. You are the key to creating a first-class candidate experience that turns potential into long-term careers.

What You'll Do

  • Own full lifecycle recruiting for Military and Campus talent, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and placement across operating companies and corporate functions
  • Execute recruiting strategy through proactive outreach, military installation engagement, campus recruiting, and targeted sourcing within military and early‑career talent channels
  • Build and sustain strategic partnerships with military installations, universities, and external workforce organizations to generate consistent, high‑quality candidate pipelines
  • Represent Centuri at military and campus recruiting events, including installation hiring events, career fairs, HOH events, and MSEP Partner Connect
  • Manage the intern and fellow experience end to end, including pre‑boarding, onboarding, program delivery, conversion assessments, and post‑hire engagement through internship completion
  • Oversee all program management, including recruitment platforms, portals, job postings, training plans, intake forms, programming, and evaluations
  • Track hiring and program performance metrics and deliver regular KPI reporting to leadership
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned or requested

What You'll Have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years experience performing full-cycle recruiting including advanced sourcing, employer branding, and multi-channel recruitment marketing strategies
  • Ability to travel regularly to military installations, college campuses, and national recruiting events to represent the brand and engage talent
  • Deep understanding of military transition programs and campus/early-career recruiting, with a track record of managing university partnerships, internships, and conversion strategies
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners (military installations, universities) and internal leadership to align recruitment efforts with business needs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to analyze recruiting KPIs, optimize ATS/HRIS platforms, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership
  • Highly professional communication skills for public speaking and brand representation, paired with a solid working knowledge of employment laws and compliance related to early-career programs

Work Environment

  • Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
  • Flexibility to work different schedules and stay late with little or no notice
  • Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
  • Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
