As part of the Talent Acquisition team and reporting directly to the Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with utility operations teams to ensure recruiting goals are achieved for craft and field office support roles across Arizona, Las Vegas, Colorado, and Washington. You will implement best practices to enhance the candidate experience, use metrics to identify areas of opportunity, and champion the company's employer brand.
This position will report to our Glendale, AZ office and work a hybrid schedule, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
What You'll Do
- Provide full-cycle recruiting for our Western regional Field Operations teams
- Manage reqs for skilled trade and field office-based professionals
- Partner with local HR teams to source and recruit up to 100 new hires per month
- Build strong partnerships with area Operations, using data to influence decision making and changes of process
- Manage job requisitions and internal applications utilizing ATS (SuccessFactors)
- Pre-screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interview
- Effectively manage a streamlined onboarding experience
- Identify and introduce community partners to develop long-term talent pipelines
- Plan, organize, and participate in careers fairs and community events
- Provide additional recruiting support across the enterprise as needed
- Perform other duties as requested by leadership
What You'll Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of high volume recruiting experience, preferably in blue collar work environment
- Experience in building effective partnerships
- Some travel required (less than 15%)

Work Environment
- Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
- Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
- Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
- Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
