The Senior Manager - Regional Training  plays a critical role in ensuring the Training educational staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

This would be accomplished by overseeing the training processes and curriculum delivery, assist in developing training programs and evaluate the effectiveness of the Educational Training staff and programs.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and manage the educational training team.
  • Monitor and evaluate Lintec’s training programs and effectiveness.
  • Assist Training Director in identifying and implementing current and future training needs.
  • Provide feedback to Training director related to training programs and effectiveness.
  • Ensuring compliance with all required training and certifications of educational Training staff
  • Assist in development of Training curriculum.
  • Evaluating Educational training staff performance.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
  • Assist in planning Training schedules.
  •  Deliver training programs as needed.

  • Ability to assist with developing and administering an expense budget for the division.

  • Supervises employees by establishing work goals, allocating resources, conducting performance appraisals, and recommending personnel actions.
  • Manages employees directly and through subordinate first line managers.
  • Manages employees through subordinates, usually other exempt managers.
