As a Field Operations HR Coordinator, you will perform administrative HR related tasks for Linetec Services. This role is pivotal in the flow for our business continuity as we continue to grow!

What You'll Do

  • Help maintain employee records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries
  • Provide administrative support for employee relations activities, including scheduling meetings and preparing documentation
  • Help coordinate HR communications related to policy changes, trainings, and compliance reminders
  • Support compliance efforts including reporting, audits, and data entry to ensure alignment with company policies and applicable labor laws
  • Collaborate with HR Generalists and field leadership to support employee engagement activities and initiatives
  • Assist with HR forms, documents, and projects
  • Perform other administrative tasks as requested by leadership

What You'll Have

  •  Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 1+ years of  HR experience 

Work Environment

  • Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
  • Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
  • Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
  • Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
