What You'll Do
- Perform detailed analysis of power poles for communication make-ready work using software including Microsoft Office, Katapult, Distribution Design Studio (DDS), and other utility-based design platforms.
- Complete make-ready assessments within the FCC’s required time guidelines.
- Collect field data and verify pole information when necessary to ensure accurate designs and records.
- Coordinate with engineering, utility, and communication partners to validate and communicate project status and requirements.
- Maintain precise project documentation and tracking for each pole and associated tasks.
- Provide support to field and office teams by ensuring timely updates and communication of design changes.
- Contribute to project planning, status reporting, and prioritization of pole work.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with utility contacts, contractors, and internal teams.
- Work outdoors as needed in varying environmental conditions to support field data collection.
What You'll Have

Work Environment
- Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
- Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
