As a Construction Crew Supervisor you will provide leadership and direction to construction crews. You will be generally accountable for all aspects of each project to which your crews are assigned (including safety, quality and productivity); functions as an advocate and role model for our Leadership Principles and Culture of Personal Responsibility. What You'll Do
Field Oversight
• Ensure daily work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Conduct job site audits, toolbox talks, and enforce safety protocols.
• Support crews with technical guidance and problem-solving.
Administrative & Compliance Duties
• Review and ensure accuracy of daily reports, timecards, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate permitting, utility locates, and pre-construction layout activities.
• Maintain organized records for inspections, permits, and customer communications.
Project Coordination & Planning
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Estimators, and Engineers during pre-construction and active project phases.
• Assist in schedule development and resource planning to meet project milestones.
• Participate in bidding efforts by providing field insights and constructability reviews.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as the primary field contact for customers, inspectors, and municipal representatives.
• Communicate progress, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Quality Assurance & Damage Prevention
• Monitor workmanship and adherence to specifications.
• Implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain high standards.
• Lead efforts to reduce utility damages through proactive planning, crew training, and adherence to locate protocols.
What You'll Have
• 5 years of experience in relevant construction trade as a fitter, operator, crew lead, with no less than 3 years of experience as a Foreman
• Ability to understand plans/blueprints to ensure projects meet all building/code requirements
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, be very detail oriented, have strong organizational and time management skills
• Proven success in meeting critical deadlines under stressful conditions
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and desire to keep crews safe
• Proven track record for successfully managing a team

Work Environment
- Work sites are outdoors in potentially extreme weather conditions; travel may be required
- All worksite safety instructions are written and spoken in English; must be fluent in English
- Work includes prolonged and repeated: lifting (including overhead, up to 50lbs); standing; climbing; kneeling; reaching and feeling; crouching and crawling
- Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
- Work is performed within the “red zone” of heavy equipment
- Working safely requires quick/accurate hand-eye coordination
