Our Administrative Assistant provides administrative support by performing various administrative and clerical duties requiring general knowledge of office routine and an understanding of the organization, programs and procedures related to the work in the department.
What You'll Do
- Enter employee time accurately and on schedule
- Assist with administrative tasks related to onboarding new hires
- Organize, scan, file, and maintain documents and tracking systems
- Answer incoming calls professionally and provide helpful support
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and office supply orders
- Compose letters, memos, and reports as needed
- Distribute incoming mail, deliveries, packages, and other materials
- Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership
What You'll Have
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years office administration experience or related field
- Previous experience in the construction industry
- Strong attention to detail when entering information and organizing records
- Microsoft skills with extensive knowledge of Excel
- Strong communication, customer service and organizational skills

Work Environment
- Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
- Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
- Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
- Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
Legal Stuff
- Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
