Reporting to a Boilermaker Foreman, you will install, maintain, and repair boilers, vats, and tanks used to hold liquids and gases. You’ll assemble metal components using blueprints, welding tools, and torches, and perform inspections to ensure equipment remains safe and reliable. This role is physically demanding and safety-focused, ideal for someone who brings strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and pride in quality craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

• Assemble and install boilers, tanks, and other large vessels in facilities like power plants or factories includeing aligning metal sections and installing pipes, valves, and gauges
• Inspect systems for defects or wear and tear, then perform repairs or replace parts. This can involve tasks like cleaning, welding, and patching weakened spots
• Use blueprints and technical drawings to cut, shape, and assemble metal components - operate metalworking machinery to create or repair parts
• Assist in testing assembled vessels to ensure they are safe and functional
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when working with heavy materials or in hazardous conditions
• Maintain all industry related qualifications
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership

What You'll Have

• Prior experience operating welding and flame-cutting equipment, reading blueprints, using hand and powertools

Work Environment

• Work sites are outdoors in all weather conditions
• All worksite safety instructions are written and spoken in English; must be fluent in English
• Work includes prolonged and repeated: lifting (including overhead, up to 50lbs); standing; climbing; kneeling; reaching and feeling; crouching and crawling
• Work is performed within the “red zone” of heavy equipment
• Working safely requires quick/accurate hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

Legal Stuff

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
